Château Rigaud Wedding Photography
Château Rigaud is one of the most romantic wedding venues in the Bordeaux countryside, and as award-winning destination photographers we travel from our bases in Cyprus and Ibiza to capture château weddings across France. For UK couples planning a French celebration, the appeal is obvious — private vineyards, manicured grounds and that effortless, sun-warmed elegance, all within easy reach of home. We photograph the whole day quietly and honestly, so what you remember is exactly what you keep. You can browse our recent work in our portfolio, or explore more of the destination châteaux and estates we love on our wedding venues pages.
About the venue
Chateau Rigaud is an elegant yet rustic wedding venue in the heart of Bordeaux, France. It feels as if a little slice of heaven has been drizzled over the Bordeaux countryside. Vineyards surround the venue, and the elegant gardens offer amazing views over the far-reaching green hills.
The ceremony space can be decorated almost any way you like, and fairy lights add a magic ambience. It is a private, exclusive venue. The team at Chateau Rigaud is highly dedicated to making your wedding day the most special day of your lives, and the food served here is to die for.

Why we love Chateau Rigaud
The Chateau is beautifully appointed and has every luxury you could imagine. Some wedding venues are just simply special — Chateau Rigaud is no exception. Book your wedding and wedding photography here and you will create the most amazing memories with exquisite backdrops, treated like royalty in relaxed, elegant French style.
At Beziique we believe great wedding photography goes far beyond technical skill and asking the happy couple to smile for the camera. It is about creating unforgettable experiences and timeless, beautiful pieces of art that capture every moment of your special day.

How soon will we get our wedding photos?
You'll receive a set of sneak-peek images within the first days after your wedding, so you have something beautiful to share while the memories are fresh. Your full, hand-edited gallery is then delivered in approximately 6–10 weeks. Every image is individually edited in our signature documentary style — we never cut corners on the part that lasts a lifetime.
Do you travel to France for weddings?
Yes — we photograph weddings across France and have shot at châteaux and country estates throughout the Bordeaux region and beyond. As destination photographers with 15+ years and well over 1000 weddings behind us, travel is simply part of how we work, and we plan it carefully so we arrive rested and ready to give your day our full attention. Whether you're a UK couple holding a celebration at Château Rigaud or comparing it with somewhere like Château de la Basmaignée, just tell us your dates on the contact page and we'll talk through the logistics.
What's your photography style?
Our style is documentary and emotional — we tell the real story of your day rather than staging it. That means we hang back during the moments that matter, capturing genuine laughter, quiet glances and the natural flow of a French château wedding, then bring a refined editorial eye to portraits and the details you've spent months planning. The light, the food, the vineyards at golden hour: we photograph it all as it actually felt. You can see how that plays out across different venues and seasons in our portfolio.
What makes Château Rigaud special?
Château Rigaud sits in the heart of the Bordeaux countryside, a private and exclusive château wrapped in its own vineyards and manicured grounds. The far-reaching views over green hills, the elegant gardens lit with fairy lights, and the relaxed yet polished French hospitality make it feel like a place set apart for the day. It has the timeless château grandeur couples dream of without ever feeling stiff — much like the rolling Tuscan vineyards of Livernano Estate, it's a setting that photographs beautifully from the first light of morning to the last dance.
