Kaye and Matt — Minthis Hills, Cyprus

The venue
The decorations
Gorgeous white floral arches and stunning white and green arrangements dotted the venue. Elegant white chairs with simple white organza touches were set out for guests. An air of simple elegance created the setting for Kaye and Matt's "I do" moment.
The preparations
Kaye began the preparations for her special day with her mother and bridesmaids at the elegant Virdi Villa. First came hair and makeup for all the girls, and then her mother helped her into her wedding dress — a simply stunning gown with really pretty beading on a voile panel across her décolletage and a simple, plain skirt. Her bridesmaids complemented her perfectly in their lilac dresses, with simple hand-tied posies of mixed white roses and foliage. Her father was very emotional when he saw her. Kaye looked simply radiant.
Matt got ready with his groomsmen and best man in another villa not too far away. There were nerves and laughter. He looked lovely in his blue suit — very dapper.
The ceremony
As guests gathered and took their places, Matt nervously waited with his best man, anxious and excited to see Kaye for the very first time as a bride. She walked down the aisle on her father's arm and, when she saw Matt, a huge smile erupted on her face and the ceremony began. Rings were exchanged and promises made — a very touching ceremony. A whirlwind of confetti was thrown at the couple as their guests cheered them on as the new Mr and Mrs Dodson.
The bridal portraits
We whisked Kaye and Matt off after the group photographs and took them around the grounds. There were gorgeous blue skies and a perfect sunset on their wedding day. The light was truly magical for this part of the day — one of our favourite parts of any wedding, having the couple alone to create lasting and beautiful memories.
The reception
Time for the wedding breakfast. The setup was simple and stylish, with clean white china and crystal glasses. Centrepieces of white flowers and foliage adorned each table. Kaye and Matt's wedding cake was a single tier. The food was really tasty and everyone seemed to enjoy it. There were speeches and the cake cutting. While guests finished their desserts we took the couple off for a sunset shoot in and around the venue.
The evening
The party — Kaye and Matt's wedding finished with lots of dancing and fun. It was truly an amazing night.
