A bohemian Cyprus wedding

The bride and groom

For a change, we photographed the groom Jack getting ready at his villa. He had his group of groomsmen with him and looked very dapper in his blue suit. Stephanie got ready with her bridesmaids in a gorgeous villa called Castle Rock, not far from Coral Bay. The house was full of fun and laughter, and the bridesmaids all had matching floral getting-ready robes.

Stephanie wore her long blonde hair loose with a stunning lace-edged veil. Her dress was so pretty — floaty fabric and beading, with lace accents. She looked glowing and radiant on her special day.

The ceremony

Stephanie walked down the steps from where she got ready on her father's arm. The sweet ceremony began in front of all their family and friends. Rings and vows were exchanged under the vines in the courtyard.

The reception

The tables for the wedding breakfast were decorated in simple white and hessian — a gorgeous rustic theme that suited the venue so perfectly.

We stole the couple away to shoot their bride and groom portraits in the fields of golden wheat. We really love being wedding photographers in Cyprus, and the pictures from this part of the day are often our favourites.

A reception in the simply beautiful courtyard took place under twinkling fairy lights and the warm Cyprus night air. The whole place sparkled with warm, inviting light as the newlyweds performed their first dance together.
