The decorations

Gorgeous white floral arches and stunning white and green arrangements dotted the venue. Elegant white chairs with simple white organza touches for the guests. An air of simple elegance created the setting for Danielle and Aaron's "I do" moment.

The preparations

Danielle began the preparations for her special day with her mother and bridesmaids at Renoir Hair Studio, Paphos. Hair and makeup came first, and then her mother helped her into her wedding dress — a simply stunning one, with really pretty beading on a voile panel across her décolletage. Her bridesmaids complemented her perfectly in their mint green dresses. Simple hand-tied posies of mixed white flowers and foliage finished off the look. Her father was very emotional when he saw her. Danielle looked simply radiant.

Aaron got ready with his groomsmen and best man. There were nerves and laughter. He looked lovely in his blue suit.

The ceremony

As guests gathered and took their places, Aaron nervously waited with his best man — anxious and excited to see Danielle for the very first time as a bride. She walked down the aisle on her father's arm and, when she saw Aaron, a huge smile erupted on her face. Rings were exchanged and promises made. A whirlwind of confetti was thrown as the guests cheered them on as the new Mr and Mrs Dodson.

Bridal portraits

We whisked Danielle and Aaron off after the group photographs and took them to the lake at Elea. There were gorgeous blue skies and a perfect sunset on their wedding day. The light was truly magical — one of our favourite parts of any wedding day.

The reception

The wedding breakfast was set up on the terrace overlooking the grounds. The set-up was simple and stylish, with clean white china and crystal glasses. Centrepieces of white flowers and foliage adorned each table. Their wedding cake was two tiers with assorted cutely decorated mini cakes. The food was really tasty and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Speeches and cake cutting followed.

While the guests finished their desserts, we took the couple off for a sunset shoot in and around the venue.

The evening

The party. Danielle and Aaron's wedding finally finished with Greek dancing and Love Lights — lots of dancing and fun. Truly an amazing night.

This is a stunning Cyprus wedding photography venue. The staff at Elea went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as always.
