Ellie & Jack's Whimsical Romantic Minthis Hills Wedding
"We were on holiday in Paphos, sitting watching the sunset with a carafe of sangria when Jack popped the question. It was simply stunning and we knew we had to get married in Cyprus," Ellie gushes.

A Cyprus proposal
The morning of the wedding
After jetting off to Paphos for their dream Cyprus wedding, Ellie and Jack made the most of every moment, beginning with their wedding morning. The bride and groom were pampered at The Annabelle Hotel, before cruising in a classic car to their breath-taking Minthis Hills wedding.
Sun-kissed style
The bride stunned in a Kenneth Winston gown featuring lace and pearl embellishment, a layered tulle skirt and train. In a beautiful nod to the bride, the bridesmaids wore peach gowns embellished with pearls, while the groom kept his look cool in attire from Reiss.

Discovering Minthis Hills
"With the help of Katie at Marry Me Cyprus, we chose a Minthis Hills wedding. We explained we wanted a rustic venue where the beauty of the place spoke for itself."
Surrounded by sun-kissed stone buildings, romantic archways and enchanting courtyards, this venue ticked all the boxes for a stunning setting.
Love blossoms
The romantic notes of the live saxophone echoed within the walls as family and friends gathered and the ceremony approached. "I loved the emotion shown by our celebrant during the ceremony," Ellie smiles. "It made the ceremony so much more personal and moving."

The couple said "I do" beneath a canopy of blossom trees. Each chair was adorned with a white tie, pinned individually by pearls. "The olive trees were dressed with glass votives and suspended heart-shaped ornaments, as well as a swing covered in flowers and fairy lights — a stunning spot for pictures."
Cocktails in the courtyard
The saxophonist's upbeat tunes created the soundtrack to cocktail hour, as guests mingled in the courtyard and shared congratulations. "We swapped a traditional wedding cake for an ice cream cart at cocktail hour."
The couple opted for a gourmet buffet for their Minthis Hills wedding, created by the venue's catering team. "The food was outstanding and suited everyone's individual tastes." As the sun set, the couple stole away for stunning portraits at golden hour, before the DJ filled the dance floor into the small hours.
Choosing their Minthis Hills wedding photographer
"We chose Nick and Aimie at Beziique to be our Cyprus wedding photographer because of their high recommendations. After discovering they married at this venue too, it was a no brainer for us."

"I think our favourite photo is also Nick and Aimie's favourite. It is the shot of us in the trees with the sun setting and I am in Jack's arms."
