Nermine & Christopher's Lexeko Estate Wedding, Cyprus
In 2013, two friends introduced Nermine and Christopher. A blind date turned into marriage four years later, and every minute has been magical.

How they met
The bride and groom
The dress was not a designer name or brand. It was simple and down to earth, because the day was all about the celebration. The groom kept things equally relaxed in his everyday handsome self, dressed in a simple suit.
The finishing touches
Tina from The Event Co. styled everything. The couple chose white with a touch of lavender — they loved the smell and the rustic feel it brought to the estate.
The wedding day at Lexeko Estate
Nermine and Christopher wanted a day where family and close friends came together to celebrate their marriage — down-to-earth, rustic and green. Nothing too elaborate or overdone, so everyone could feel comfortable and have fun. The first dance may have been a touch cheesy, but it gave everyone a good laugh.

Every moment was special. The couple felt nervous up until the ceremony, then everything became easier from that point on.
Why Lexeko Estate
They picked the venue for its rustic but elegant feel — a cosy atmosphere that made it feel like they were having a wedding in their own backyard.
Music and entertainment
Their first dance was to "Formidable" by Charles Aznavour, a song that means a lot to them from the early days when they met. The rest of the evening was laissez-faire for their DJ, who did a wonderful job of putting on all the cheesy radio music they wanted everyone to dance to.
Day-after shoot in Lefkara
The couple also enjoyed a day-after shoot so they could capture some images outside the wedding dress. They made more memories in Lefkara, a lovely little village in Cyprus.

Advice for other couples
There is nothing nicer than a comfortable wedding where you can dance, eat and drink with all the people you love. Keep it simple.
Working with Beziique
Nick and Aimie were the most unimposing photographers. No one could tell that photos were being taken, so everything felt natural and authentic. They were creative and unique, and the couple received phenomenal compliments about their wedding photos. Nick and Aimie also got involved in the celebrations and created a friendly atmosphere when nerves were high, especially during the getting-ready hours.
