Martin and Sarah — Nissi Beach Resort, Cyprus
Martin and Sarah chose us to cover their Cyprus wedding photography at Nissi Beach Resort in July. It was a beautiful clear day, with brilliant blue sky over the resort. The palms in the grounds gently swayed and the deep scent of flowers filled the air.

A July wedding at Nissi Beach Resort
The bride
Sarah began her bridal preparations at the hotel's salon. Hayley worked the magic that day for the ladies — Sarah was with her bridesmaids, flower girls and her mum. Her hair was done in an elegant updo, with a cascade of curls down her back.
The wedding dress was stunning — a Princess style in a delicate blush pink, with a sweetheart neckline and a ruffled skirt. It had a distinctly vintage feel. Her shoes matched with glittering crystal details and a handmade crystal and pearl bouquet by the talented Carol Tilly completed the look. The flower girls wore pretty dresses with a simple top and a skirt of 3D roses. Sarah's mum looked the perfect mother of the bride.
The groom
The groom got ready with his entourage and they looked very dashing in blue trousers, waistcoats and white short-sleeved dress shirts. The lads wore blush coloured ties to complement the theme. The page boys looked adorable and had a very important duty: ring security.

The ceremony
The ceremony was held under a gazebo among palms with the glittering turquoise sea as a backdrop. Vintage-styled decorations by Raj and the signature blush colour adorned the space, with cream roses, blush chair sashes and gorgeous oversized white balloons filling the grassy area.
As Sarah walked down the aisle on her very proud father's arm, Martin caught his first glimpse of his bride — a very emotional moment. Rings and vows were exchanged in front of family and friends in a beautiful "I do" moment.
They walked out to guests and were showered in confetti, then released doves in a beautiful symbolic gesture while their guests watched on.
The wedding breakfast and reception
The wedding breakfast was in the Rondavels down by the sea, looking stunning in the late afternoon sun. Rose gold and sequinned tablecloths sat alongside simple, elegant white floral arrangements. Their wedding cake was a single layer white cake with companion cupcakes. There was lots of sparkling rose wine and lots of laughter.

We snuck the bride and groom away for a couple shoot on the rocks and beautiful grounds, hidden gates and among the blooms. Then it was back to the party, with their first dance and Love Lights.
Trash the Dress at the Sea Caves
A few days later it was time to trash the dress, up at the Sea Caves in Cape Greco. There were pirate ships, blue water, waves and caves. So much colour, fun and laughter — a tree of love, and to end the session, an epic underwater shoot.
From all at Beziique, we wish Sarah and Martin so much love and happiness for their future together.
