Cyprus Wedding Photographer
We're Nick and Aimie Wild — the husband-and-wife team behind Beziique, and the people you'll meet on the morning of your wedding, cameras already warm and a coffee already in hand. For more than fifteen years and well over a thousand weddings we've photographed couples right across Cyprus, from clifftop villas above Paphos to seafront resorts in Limassol and citrus-grove courtyards near Larnaca. In 2018 we were named in the Top 10 Wedding Photographers in the World, but the part that still matters most to us is far simpler: telling the true, unhurried story of a single day so well that you feel it again every time you open the album.
Most of the couples we work with are travelling out from the UK, and we know that choosing a photographer you've never met, for a country you may only have visited once, takes a leap of faith. Our job is to make that leap feel obvious. This page walks you through how we work across the island, the light and seasons that make Cyprus so good to photograph in, the venues we know inside out, and what it costs to have us with you all day. When you're ready, you can browse our recent work in the portfolio or simply get in touch and tell us your plans.

Documentary wedding photography across Cyprus
Our style is documentary at heart. That means we photograph what actually happens — the look your dad gives you in the car, the friend who can't stop laughing through the speeches, the quiet two minutes you steal together before dinner — rather than marching you through a checklist of stiff, posed set-ups. We move quietly, anticipate the moments before they happen, and keep the day flowing at your pace. By the time the confetti is up in the air, we've usually faded so far into the background that people forget we're there at all, which is exactly when the best, most honest pictures arrive.
That doesn't mean we abandon you when it counts. We'll find you ten minutes of beautiful evening light for a handful of relaxed portraits, gently shape the family-group photos so nobody's left standing around, and make sure every key person and detail you care about is covered. Aimie is also a professional wedding singer, so she has a rare instinct for the rhythm and emotion of a ceremony — she reads a room the way a musician reads an audience, and it shows in how she frames the moments that make people cry.
Because there are two of us, you get two perspectives woven into a single story: the vows and the faces watching them, the first dance and the crowd around it. Every image in your gallery is then hand-edited by us in our signature warm, timeless style — never batch-processed, never over-filtered, never handed to a stranger. You can see how that looks across full weddings in our portfolio and in the real stories we publish on the journal, and if you'd like the wider context on shooting weddings here, our Cyprus wedding photography guide goes deeper into styles, light and what to budget.

Why couples choose Beziique
Experience is the honest answer. A thousand-plus weddings means very little surprises us anymore — we know how Cyprus heat behaves at 2pm, where the shade falls at your venue at 6pm, how to keep a nervous groom calm and a restless flower girl entertained, and what to do when the plan changes (because at some point, gently, it always does). That depth of experience is quiet insurance: you get to enjoy your day knowing the photography is genuinely handled.
Couples also tell us they choose us because of who we are, not just what we shoot. You're hiring two warm, easy people who'll be beside you for the longest, most emotional hours of your life — so it matters that you actually like us, and that we feel like guests rather than vendors. We answer your emails ourselves, we don't outsource your edit, and the photographers you book are the photographers who turn up. For couples flying in from the UK, that continuity and reassurance is worth a great deal.
And then there's the work itself. The awards are lovely, but what we're proudest of is consistency — the fact that we deliver the same considered, emotional storytelling for an intimate elopement of six as we do for a 150-guest celebration. You'll receive sneak-peek images within days and your full hand-edited gallery in roughly six to ten weeks. When you're weighing us up, the best thing you can do is look closely at full galleries in our portfolio and ask yourself whether the people in them look like they're having the day you want to have.

Where we photograph in Cyprus
We cover the whole island, and each region has its own character. Paphos, on the south-west coast, is where a great deal of our work happens — a beautiful mix of rustic stone venues, hillside vineyards and dramatic coastline, with Paphos airport (PFO) just a short transfer from most venues. If you're marrying in the west, start with our guide to getting married in Paphos. Two venues we know especially well there are Liopetro, with its arches and sweeping sea views above Kouklia, and the wonderfully atmospheric Vasilias Nikoklis Inn, a restored 18th-century coaching inn buried in greenery.
Limassol, further east along the south coast, is the island's cosmopolitan heart — think polished seafront hotels, marina glamour and a cluster of excellent hillside wineries in the foothills behind the city. It suits couples who want a more contemporary, resort-style celebration, and our getting married in Limassol guide covers it in full. One of our favourite luxury settings anywhere on the island sits a little further north-west, near the Akamas: the Anassa Hotel, where pale Mediterranean architecture, gardens and a private beach make for some of the most elegant wedding photography in Cyprus.
Larnaca, with its own airport (LCA) and easy access to the south and east, is a relaxed, well-connected base — read our guide to getting married in Larnaca for the lie of the land. Beyond it lie the bright, lively resort towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras, with their famous turquoise water and golden beaches, perfect for couples who want sun, sea and a celebratory, holiday feel. Wherever you land, we're happy to travel to you, scout your venue in advance, and build the day's photography around the specific light and layout of your chosen spot.

Your investment and what's included
Our collections are built around full-day, two-photographer coverage, because the best moments are scattered right across the day — the slow, quiet morning, the ceremony, the speeches that go off-script, the dancing that runs long. Most of our couples invest somewhere in the mid-four-figures for a full Cyprus wedding, and you can see current collections, inclusions and pricing on our investment page. Smaller, intimate weddings and elopements can usually be tailored to a shorter day, so it's always worth asking.
Every collection includes both of us all day, a full gallery of individually hand-edited high-resolution images with print rights, sneak-peek photos within the first days, and your complete gallery in approximately six to ten weeks. We can add a pre-wedding or engagement session, fine-art albums, and extended coverage for two- or three-day celebrations. Because a Cyprus wedding is typically 30–50% cheaper than a comparable UK wedding, many couples find they can invest in the photography they really want without stretching the overall budget.
We take a limited number of weddings each year so that every couple gets our full attention, and good dates in the May–June and September–October shoulder seasons go early. The best next step is simply to get in touch with your date and venue — even a rough plan is enough for us to check availability and talk you through your options. We'd love to hear what you're dreaming up.

How soon will we get our wedding photos?
You'll receive a set of sneak-peek images within the first days after your wedding, so you have something beautiful to share while the memories are fresh. Your full, hand-edited gallery is then delivered in approximately 6–10 weeks. Every image is individually edited in our signature documentary style — we never cut corners on the part that lasts a lifetime.
When is the best time of year to get married in Cyprus?
The most popular months are May–June and September–October, when temperatures sit around a comfortable 20–26°C and the light is soft and golden — ideal for photography. July and August are the hottest (often 32°C and above), so we recommend later-afternoon and sunset ceremonies in high summer. The shoulder seasons give the best light, while winter is the cheapest and quietest time to marry in Cyprus if you want an intimate, low-cost celebration.
What areas of Cyprus do you cover?
We photograph weddings across the whole of Cyprus, including Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, Ayia Napa and Protaras, and we're always happy to travel to your venue. If you're still deciding where to marry, our region guides are the perfect place to start — explore getting married in Paphos, getting married in Limassol and getting married in Larnaca for the venues, character and logistics of each area.
How much does a wedding in Cyprus cost compared with the UK?
A wedding in Cyprus is typically 30–50% cheaper than a comparable wedding in the UK, even once you factor in flights for you and your guests. Venues, catering, flowers and styling all tend to cost less, which means many couples get a more luxurious day for the same budget — or the same day for far less. Our cost guide breaks the numbers down in detail.
How far is Cyprus to fly from the UK?
Cyprus is roughly a 4.5-hour direct flight from the UK, with regular services into both Paphos (PFO) and Larnaca (LCA) airports. That short-haul distance is one of the reasons Cyprus is so popular for UK destination weddings — it's easy for guests of all ages to join you, with no long-haul jet lag.
